Who gets texts

Only people with a Voyadoc account who choose texts and confirm their mobile number with a code we send to it: patients, and the staff of clinics and local partners on Voyadoc. Nobody is texted for visiting this website or joining the waiting list. We send text messages (SMS) only to numbers in the United States, Mexico and Costa Rica.

How you opt in

You turn texts on yourself, in your account settings. Texts are optional: you can use Voyadoc and book without them.

What we send

Account and transaction notifications, never marketing: a one-time code to confirm your number, updates on a request, a clinic’s quote, a booking, reminders before an appointment, and check-ins after a visit.

Each notification says it is from Voyadoc, gives a short reference and a date where one matters, and carries one link to the same step in your account, where you sign in. It never contains your name, a procedure, a clinic’s name or any health detail.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with what is happening in your account. Updates and reminders arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your time zone.

Message and data rates may apply: Voyadoc doesn’t charge for texts, but your mobile carrier might.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also switch texts off at any time in your account settings, and back on there. Your requests and bookings carry on by email either way.

Texts come from (888) 277-3330. Other replies aren’t read, so write to support@voyadoc.com instead. From Mexico or Costa Rica, even STOP may not reach us: switch texts off in your account settings.

Your privacy

We never sell mobile numbers or text-message consent, and we never share them with third parties for their marketing. Twilio, which delivers our texts, handles your number only for that. Read our privacy page.
